Our Kaua'i, small scale, farm grown Māmaki, Lemon Balm & organic Chamomile flower tea blend. We start with our beloved base of Māmaki, which is a native small tree of Hawai‘i related to the Nettle family, having a rich & grounding taste similar to black tea, is uncaffeinated & gently cleansing for the water ways of the body. Then we add our refreshing Lemon Balm, that has been known to help improve mood & soothe the nervous system. Finally, the perfect touch of organic Chamomile flower buds, containing a number of benefits such as helping with digestion, calming, sleep aid, immune system boosting & so on.

This tea is great for overstimulated people, moms, kids, at any time of day you could use some nervous system regulation & grounding. A great before bed tea as well.
